By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any product from ServSheets Pro, you confirm your acceptance of and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of our services and materials.
2. License Grant
Upon purchase, ServSheets Pro grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access, customize, and utilize the spreadsheet templates for your personal or internal business operations. You may adapt calculations, formatting, and workflows strictly for your operational needs. Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or public distribution of original or modified template files is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.

You agree not to reverse engineer scripts, bypass access controls, or use our digital assets in connection with unlawful activities. To continue receiving updates and support, you must keep [email protected] as an active Editor on your ServSheets Pro Sheets. Account credentials and private access links must remain confidential and must not be shared with unauthorized third parties.

All transactions are processed securely in U.S. Dollars unless stated otherwise. Lifetime licenses and digital downloads provide immediate delivery of intellectual property. Refund terms are provided at the time of purchase on the checkout page.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary formulas, macro scripts, layout designs, documentation, and trade dress associated with ServSheets Pro remain the exclusive property of ServSheets Pro. Your purchase constitutes a limited operational license, not a transfer of copyright or ownership. Any unauthorized reproduction or derivative work distribution will be prosecuted to the maximum extent permissible by law.

ServSheets Pro does not warrant that calculations are free from error or suitable for certified auditing, tax filing, or legal compliance. In no event shall ServSheets Pro, its affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, or special damages, including lost profits or business disruption, arising out of the use or inability to use our products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
7. Data Privacy & Operational Security
ServSheets Pro operates standalone template models that run locally within your spreadsheet software environment. We do not store, view, intercept, or process private business metrics entered into your local copies. Information collected during checkout (such as name and email) is handled strictly in accordance with standard data privacy regulations.
8. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to revoke your license and terminate access to update portals immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the templates and delete all original distribution files in your possession.
9. Modifications to Terms
ServSheets Pro reserves the right to amend or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website. The effective date of the current terms is 2026-09-20. Continued usage of our products following any modifications indicates your acknowledgement and acceptance of the revised terms.
